Principles of Happy Days
The principles upon which Happy Days is founded are as follows:
We believe that each child should have Quality Early Year's Experiences, which foster their development in all areas.
We respect the parents as the children's first teachers and work closely with them to ensure that each child potential is fulfilled.
We listen to each child, respecting their method of communication and valuing what they are communicating.
We value and respect each child as an individual supporting their needs and interests.
